Prodiags for Workshops

The idea to this concept comes from a Finnish dealership chain and their challenge to select the correct mechanic after the trial period. In order for the foreman to learn the mechanic’s potential, they found the best way to do this was to carry out different work tasks and offer training opportunities with tests to measure the skills and motivation. With traditional solutions this was not possible in such short time.

When I switched to an independent workshop, I got training opportunities but lost the pre-learning feature. For me it showed in two ways, I was not able to feed my interest beforehand and differences in the level of the participants’ knowledge slowed down the training.
