I was planning a training course on Common Rail fuel systems, but I had a hard time finding information on the differences between various manufacturers’ systems. The same systems had different product names and the function explanations were poor — I ran into a dead end and I was afraid I’d miss my deadline.

I was now able to teach identification to my students and explain how the system actually operates. The visible price gives you access to 12 months of personal use. When you want to continue use, buy new modules, add other users or activate features in the environment, you find the required information in the Stock Allocator tool inside the environment created for you.

What happens after I choose "Add to Cart", what are the payment options and how & when do I receive my order?

Clicking “Add to Cart” will automatically take you to the cart and from there you can proceed to the checkout.
Prodiags Checkout Steps Explained

1. Give the Admin details. Note! Make sure to enter your email correctly as it will be used as your username.

2. Add the Payer details.

Note: If you want to forward the payment to someone else, add his/her information and select “PaymentLink or Banktransfer” option in step 4. We will send the payment instructions and receipt to the given email address.

3. Confirm the Order.

4. When selecting the payment method you can pay with all the usual online payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc). If you select “PaymentLink or Banktransfer”, you can also pay with offline bank transfer.

When we have received the payment, the product is activated automatically and the Admin person entered in step 1 will receive an activation email. By following the instructions in the activation email you can start using the product.

Note: When using online payment the delay between payment and delivery is usually a few minutes. When paying with offline bank transfer the delay is usually 3-5 workdays.

My co-workers are also interested, how can I add them to this order?

The Start-Up products cannot be combined with other products and the number of users can not be changed.

However, after you have purchased this product you can, as an admin, add you co-workers by ordering more licenses with the Stock Allocator tool.

Step 4: Your co-workers get their activation email and can now start using Prodiags with you.

Tip: You can also add your students in the same way and easily start organisational use.

What happens after the 12 month license period?

We will remind you about your license expiring in good time. You then have a sufficient amount of time to order a new license in the environment Stock Allocator. If your account unintentionally expires, you can always contact our support and your account can be reactivated during the archiving period (the deletion delay which can be changed in the environment settings by the admin).

Note: If you have added user accounts also to your co-workers and students, their license time is not bound to your license, but they are individually active for the entire license time from their activation date forward.

If you do not wish to continue using Prodiags, according to data protection regulations, we do not preserve your information unnecessarily after your license has expired. Login is denied and your information is deleted after default archiving time.

How can I add my own material, add my students and what does it cost?

Adding your own material to the training environment requires, in addition to this Start-Up product, ordering the Media Extension and User Basic Licenses for the users. Because every user has individual needs, the best understanding about the price is given through some examples. The precise offer can always be calculated with the environment Stock Allocator tool.
