As a “material novelist”, your challenge is not creating great training material, but finding the solutions and tools for:
- avoiding outdated booklet versions and time consuming printing
- sharing your material to hundreds of students in a few minutes
- getting data — who has received and read the material
First, take a look at the following example story from a trainer. You might get some inspiring new ideas.

About a year ago, I was working on training material for car body repair. I printed 50 copies and handed them out to my students. During the first lesson I realised I had printed out the draft version.
I was so p***ed off having to do the same work all over again so instead I started to look for other options.
I found the Prodiags Training Environment Start-up product for material novelists. Most of the other solutions e.g. LMS’s required implementation by the IT-department, but with Prodiags I was able to do the setup myself. Because it was for my own use and affordable, I did not need any authorisation from my boss.
In fact, the correct version of the material was shared to my students the next day.
I have just finished my latest training material, car painting. To share it with Prodiags, I just print it as a PDF. Then I create a new blank module in the Environment and upload the file using a feature that automatically converts the PDF to an online Flip Book.
Appetite comes with eating, and now I’m planning to link exams from Google Forms to the Prodiags module. With this I believe I can steer the students’ focus to the key points and make sure they understand it.
In addition, my colleagues are now following me — based on my experiences with the “one-man” digital leap.
This was a success story of how Prodiags helped a trainer in his daily work.
Start your own digital leap and purchase this package, you get an automatically created environment with 50 user licenses and media space for 500 PDF Flip Books.
The most beneficial improvements do not always require major development projects and huge investments.
