In my long career as a trainer, I have noticed that some technicians require multiple training events to “re-ignite” and find their lost enthusiasm for learning new things. This can be seen especially with technicians that has not participated in any training for a long time.

Using face-to-face training to rediscover the inner passion is a waste of money and resources.
