In my long career as a trainer, I have noticed that some technicians require multiple training events to “re-ignite” and find their lost enthusiasm for learning new things. This can be seen especially with technicians that has not participated in any training for a long time.

Using face-to-face training to rediscover the inner passion is a waste of money and resources.

Personal Re-Ignition Concept Packages

Re-ignite the spark by finding a subject of interest in our ready-made packages or find a suitable one in our training shop. Utilise idle times for re-igniting the spark without any traveling and at a reasonable cost. You might find a new ambassador, who starts to encourage the skills development in the whole workshop. All included Training Modules come with a 12 month license.
