Prodiags Workshop Training Concepts
There are multiple concepts, to fit the varying needs of workshops around the world. All concepts are planned for different situations, for example for kickstarting the training when hiring a new employee, or for raising the whole workshop to the next level.
The first idea for these concepts actually came from a dealership chain here in Finland that needed a solution for knowing how to find out the skill and motivation level of their new mechanic during the trial period, without heavy investments.
We believe these are very convenient and useful solutions for garages and repair shops, so even if you are not a workshop owner or manager, give your employer a tip about these. It will benefit you also.

Mikko’s Success Story With Prodiags
Soon he discovered this was not the case. His education had given him a good foundation for becoming a good mechanic, but he still had a long way to go. He also discovered that some of the things they thought at his school were already outdated.
Prodiags also presented the opportunity of learning new things without attending any traditional training seminars. Studying at home or at the workshop was something he had never heard of before.
Mikkos first Training Module was Common Rail Fuel System, and he says he learned a lot from it. This module served as pre-learning theory as a part of a course he was attending. Mikko was very pleased with the outcome, and has continued to use Prodiags ever since.

Prodiags Workshop Training Concepts
We have now released our training concepts for workshops. Basically these are plug’n’play training solutions for workshops, where the mechanics and technicians are put on a ready-made training path.
We wanted to bring this solution available to everyone, along with other pre-packaged solutions, such as pre-learning before attending traditional courses or training sessions, re-igniting techs that have “lost the spark”.
We believe these are very convenient and useful solutions for garages and repair shops, so even if you are not a workshop owner or manager, give your employer a tip about these. It will benefit you also.

Mikko’s Success Story With Prodiags
When Mikko got his mechanic degree, according to his own words, he thought he knew it all. He thought he would be the best mechanic at the workshop that employed him straight out of school, after all, he had the most recent education.
Soon he discovered this was not the case. His education had given him a good foundation for becoming a good mechanic, but he still had a long way to go. He also discovered that some of the things they thought at his school were already outdated.
Mikko says he’s lucky to have found Prodiags. This gave him a chance for taking a Prodiags Training Module as pre-learning before attending training sessions and courses his employer sent him to.
