WHY MOODLE GATEWAY INTEGRATION PLUG-IN?
For customers operating Moodle Learning Management System LMS and using Prodiags online training modules. Prodiags developed a plug-in based on the Learning Tools Interoperability – LTI standard and the specification of IMS Global Learning Consortium.
ABOUT MOODLE-PRODIAGS GATEWAY
In Moodle 3.1 onward, the Moodle Gateway plug-in allows remote users on a different site to access selected Prodiags modules and activities on your site. When these users access an activity on your site, they need an account on your site and they need to be enrolled in the course containing the activity. Thus, an enrollment plugin and an authentication plugin are required for LTI tool provider functionality.
It establishes a standard way of integrating rich learning applications, called tools (delivered by tool providers) with platforms such as learning management systems, called tool consumers.
WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF DELIVERY?
Once the order has been placed and the payment is received, we will provide the customer training environment administrator the set-up parameters by Email within 2-4 working days. The set-up is described in detail in the user guide provided in the same Email.
For training manager etc. it is possible to add access to performance reports that are used directly from the Prodiags training environment. Access to reports is added at the request of a client organisation’s contact person.
